Steps for hourly rental taxi booking or cab ride :
1. Select your pickup and drop location respectively.
2. Select your pickup time and package (in case of hourly rentals). You can book 45 minutes to 48 hours in advance.
3. Select your payment method.
4. Confirm your ride. No need to worry about driver cancellation.
5. Enjoy your ride and get down at the destination, refreshed. Pay through cash/wallet after completing your ride.
Steps to book airport taxi services:
1. At the IGI Airport, head to BluSmart Pickup Zone at Level 2, Multi-Level Car Parking (above Uber and Ola Pickup zones) at T3 or walk over to the BluSmart kiosk at T1 & T2.
2. Generate a PIN instantly from the kiosk or BluSmart app. Or use the one generated during the ride scheduled.
3. Get into the first available cab and share the PIN with the driver.
4. Enjoy your ride and get down at the destination. Pay through cash/wallet after completing your ride.
5. For pickups from the Bengaluru Airport, schedule your cab, enter your destination & voila!

I used Blusmart's taxi service when I went on a trip to Delhi, the overall experience was great and I also see the developers of the app acknowledging and responding to every feedback given here for the app to everyone, which is not common so keep up that good work too. One feedback I'd say is more expansion, especially in Chennai, which is often referred to as the "automotive hub" of India, so please consider expanding to these places first and more!

I use this in important occasions where I don't want to be late and I know there would be risk using other apps. One such time I needed this the next day and I scheduled a ride in a free slot. Next day when I open to see if the cab is nearby, low and behold, there is no booking and I've been fined 100 rs as noshow on the same time the previous day. The slot booking UI is so bad, as I switch from am to pm, it moves back to today.. unknowingly, I booked a ride for yesterday by mistake. Neveragain

Blu has become unreliable now. They have introduced a feature to transfer duty to other drivers. They keep on transferring from one driver to other and hence are usually late. It's becoming like other cab providers where we have to book from different accounts and on different platforms. Drivers don't move from their location for 15-15 minutes and hence are late. They reject your claim for waiving cancellation charges and biggest of all is you can't reach a customer service.
